What you'll do:

  • Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to development and maintenance of Quality Tools; 
  • Technical development and implementation of the BEES Marketplace expansion to multiple countries; 
  • Implement new features and functionalities to enhance the user experience and increase engagement; 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform; 
  • Collaborate in the definition of concepts such as project-wide coding style guides; 
  • Build quick prototypes and Prove of Concepts; 
  • Enforce quality during code development and review;
  • Promote and defend the best practices and quality within the team and across the business;
  • Constantly be part of code tuning and, refactoring and debugging;
  • Identify problems, risks and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary.

What you'll need:

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis
  • Previous professional experience in software development; 
  • Solid understanding of computer concepts (data structures, networking, concurrency, memory management, and algorithm analysis); 
  • Excellent knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, integration, Equivalence Partitioning, stress); 
  • Experience implementing DevOps tools such as Ansible or Terraform; 
  • Solid experience with Git; 
  • Good knowledge in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, Node; 
  • Experience with test automation processes, tools and Frameworks, such as Appium, Cypress, Selenium, Gatling, Postman, etc; 
  • Knowledge in web services and micro services (REST); 
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken); 
  • Desirable communication skills in Spanish (listen and spoken); 
  • Experience with Agile projects; 
  • Desirable Python experience; 
  • CI / CD experience (preferable Azure) and DevOps culture is a plus.
