This role sits in People and combines financial acumen, transformation, data analytics, and strategic management to improve business and people outcomes—with clear metrics and accountability. You partner with business and People leaders on operating models, workforce change, and adoption. Most initiatives cross systems, data, and AI; you bring high-level technology literacy and work closely with IT, Data, and product partners so change stays feasible, secure, and scalable.

What you'll do:

  • Design, model, and maintain end-to-end People Analytics solutions in Power BI, including workforce data modeling, DAX calculations, report development, and interactive dashboards that support strategic talent and business decisions.
  • Use SQL and Python to query, cleanse, integrate, and analyze employee and organizational datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Transform workforce and organizational insights into compelling stories that connect talent trends, employee experiences, and business outcomes to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply best practices in data visualization and user-centric design to deliver intuitive, actionable, and impactful dashboards and reports for leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and present executive-level analyses and presentations on key people metrics and workforce insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams in a global environment, leveraging advanced English communication skills to drive alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across regions.
  • Lead analytics technology projects involving data solutions, process automation, reporting enhancements, and change management initiatives.

What you'll need:

  • BA/BS/MS in Mathematics, Economics, Management, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources, or another related quantitative field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report development, and dashboard design and prototyping using Figma), including experience building People Analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL for querying, integrating, transforming, and preparing data from multiple sources.
  • Experience with Python for data preparation, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Experience with Databricks for managing data ingestion processes, job automation, schema and table management, and reporting queries.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations that effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and business impact to senior leadership.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to international stakeholders.
  • Strong data storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear and actionable narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and successfully deliver analytics solutions in a fast-paced environment.
