About this opportunity 
The Commercial Performance & Revenue Management function is responsible for assessing the commercial and financial results of our business and guiding leadership on risks and opportunities across all ABI markets. We monitor ABI performance on a short-term (daily) and long-term (10-year plan) range, developing deep commercial and financial knowledge of each market to inform GHQ leaders and help set their strategy for future initiatives related to portfolio management, pricing, and investment. We are a highly visible team that works directly with the Chief Growth Officer daily. 

What you will do:

  • Developing executive-ready visualizations and interactive dashboards using business intelligence and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, HTML, PPT) for senior global audiences. 
  • Leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation tools to create business solutions — building products, end-to-end workflows, and adhoc analyses that drive decision-making. 
  • Synthesizing large amounts of data into organized and scalable models 
  • Designing and implementing the commercial master data management program for global SKUs and customers, including governance, standards, and data quality controls. 
  • Collaborating with local teams to understand their performance and key initiatives 
  • Communicating commercial results to senior leadership on a weekly and monthly cadence through clear narratives, executive summaries, and visual reporting. 
  • Collaborating with analytics and engineering teams to design, enhance, and deploy new data solutions that streamline processes and add functional capabilities. 
  • Acting as the primary point of contact and business owner for the Commercial Performance data assets—maintaining integrity, managing the lifecycle, coordinating fixes/upgrades, and enforcing data governance standards. 
  • Delivering timely adhoc analyses on market share, pricing, volume performance, and other commercial or financial topics to inform strategy and operational decisions.  

We are looking for people with: 

  • Fluency in English 
  • A strong understanding of our business and how ABI markets perform relative to one another 
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest to expand in this area 
  • Inquisitiviness to dive deep into problems and determine root causes 
  • Strong fluency in various coding/programming languages including SQL, Python 
  • Ability to build compelling visuals in interactive dashboards 
  • Strong capability to take large datasets with many dimensions and distill insights to leaders 
  • Experience using AI tools as a leverage to build solutions 
  • Very strong presentation/communication skills 
  • Cross-cultural skills (role works closely with Zone/GHQ teams worldwide)
