About this opportunity 

Lead the Product Growth and Digital Insights strategy for the application, acting as the local Product Owner responsible for prioritizing, scoping, and maximizing the impact of all product developments and features.
This role serves as the key bridge between business, technology, and data, working cross-functionally with multiple teams to understand business needs, assess development efforts, and prioritize initiatives based on their impact on growth, user experience, and business results. While technical development is carried out by a team in Brazil, this position owns the local product roadmap prioritization.
Additionally, this role leads the algorithmic personalization squad, responsible for designing and scaling recommendation and personalization models (cross-sell, up-sell, "recommended for you"), and serves as the owner of data and insights for the business, enabling AI and data-driven decision-making.

What you will do:

  • Product strategy, product management, and roadmap prioritization.
  • Cross-functional discovery and requirements definition.
  • Product growth strategy.Leadership of the Personalization Squad (AI and Machine Learning).
  • AI-powered personalization initiatives.
  • Ownership of data management and business insights generation.
  • Impact measurement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder management and alignment.

We are looking for people with: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or advanced studies in Data, AI, or Analytics are a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Product, Data, Analytics, or Growth.
  • Experience leading personalization, data, or AI initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for digital products.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and regional environments.
  • Product Management (roadmaps, discovery, prioritization, trade-offs).
  • Advanced analytics and data modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and recommendation algorithms.
  • SQL and analytics/BI tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experimentation, A/B testing, and impact measurement.
  • Familiarity with AI applications for product development and personalization
  • Strategic thinking and strong business impact orientation.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership without hands-on programming.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

 

Work Location

Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City.

Working Hours

8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
