We’re looking for a Director of Product Operations who thrives on bringing clarity, connection, and momentum to complex environments. In this role, you’ll lead our Platform Operations, Project Management, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a seamless product journey—from vision to launch and beyond. You’ll play a key role in aligning our operational workflows with business goals, enabling our teams to do their best work and creating consistently great experiences for our users. This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to shape how we build, collaborate, and serve learners around the world. If you’re excited by the idea of making an impact at scale and empowering teams to succeed, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As Director of Product Operations, you’ll be the connective force behind our product strategy and its successful execution. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

Lead with Purpose

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our Chief Product & Technology Officer, helping translate strategic goals into operational success.
  • Develop and scale processes that make product development and customer experience more effective and efficient.
  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver work that supports our company’s broader mission.

Grow and Support High-Performing Teams

  • Lead and inspire the Platform Operations, Project Management, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Build a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure every hire aligns with our values and strengthens our future.

Elevate Operational Excellence

  • Create and refine workflows that remove friction and increase transparency across departments.
  • Partner across the org to uncover inefficiencies and champion meaningful improvements.
  • Ensure timely, successful execution of product rollouts and support initiatives.

Champion the Customer Experience

  • Set up feedback loops that give our customers a real voice in how we build and improve.
  • Make customer insights a core part of product planning and service delivery.

Make Tools Work for People

  • Drive smarter automation and clear documentation across systems and processes.
  • Ensure our tech stack is aligned with evolving business and team needs.

What You'll Need (Requirements)

We’re looking for someone who brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational know-how, and people leadership. Here’s what will set you up for success:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or customer success—ideally in SaaS or e-learning.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Product/Project Management, or a related field.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact work.
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms, LMS systems, or complex enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with data tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to inform strategy and performance.

What Will Make Us Love You

While not required, these qualities and experiences will make your profile stand out:

  • Experience leading automation or digital transformation efforts.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Salesforce, or Zendesk.
  • A customer-first mindset and history of weaving voice-of-customer insights into product decisions.
  • Comfort partnering with executive leadership and navigating complex, strategic conversations.

What We're Counting On From You

We’re outcomes-driven, and we want to give you clarity from day one. Here’s what success looks like in your first few months:

First 60 Days

  • Dive deep: Audit existing processes, tools, and performance metrics across product ops, project management, and CX.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for quick wins and long-term improvements.
  • Prioritize: Build actionable plans for top 3 initiatives to drive momentum.
  • Define: Finalize a comprehensive roadmap and align it with product and business goals.
  • Empower: Roll out documentation processes and metrics to promote shared accountability.
  • Present: Share a clear vision for operational excellence with senior leadership.

Longer Term (By 90 Days and Beyond)

  • Standardize how work flows: Implement a consistent intake and prioritization model for projects.
  • Report with confidence: Launch monthly reporting to track delivery and support metrics.
  • Make an impact: Demonstrate real improvements, like reducing implementation time by 10–15%.

At ACI Learning, we offer a competitive, experience-driven salary range that aligns with your qualifications and contributions. To that end, the posted salary range reflects our most reasonable assumption of pay for this position at the time of posting.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?

A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol or other substance use disorder (not currently using drugs illegally)
