You’ll lead a team of talented product managers, champion the customer voice, and collaborate across departments to build products that matter. If you’re energized by innovation, empowered teams, and the chance to shape the future of digital learning, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead with vision, deliver with purpose, and build with empathy. Here’s how:

Set the Strategy

  • Define and share a clear, compelling product roadmap tied to our business goals and user needs.
  • Stay ahead of trends and technologies that can shape our long-term impact.
  • Keep the customer at the center of everything—from idea to launch.

Build and Lead an Incredible Team

  • Inspire and support a high-performing team of product managers and product owners.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous growth.
  • Lead with clarity and care, ensuring your team feels seen, heard, and supported.

Drive Customer-Centric Innovation

  • Bring in the voice of the customer through interviews, testing, and feedback loops.
  • Turn insights into action by shaping features that create real value.
  • Promote satisfaction and loyalty by making each product more intuitive, useful, and engaging.

Collaborate Across the Business

  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver on-time, high-impact releases.
  • Facilitate planning sessions that keep everyone aligned and energized.
  • Tackle challenges together—clearly, calmly, and collaboratively.

Measure What Matters

  • Define success metrics, track product performance, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Use testing and analytics to learn what works—and improve what doesn’t.
  • Regularly report on outcomes to keep leadership and teams aligned.

Understand the Market

  • Stay on top of industry shifts, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Use market intelligence to inform strategy and spark innovation.
  • Share findings that help shape where we go next.

Communicate with Impact

  • Present updates, roadmaps, and wins to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions and demos that keep momentum strong and voices heard.
  • Create clear documentation for teams and partners alike.

What You’ll Need

We’re seeking a leader who blends strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a people-first mindset:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Education, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years in product management, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success shipping B2B or B2C products that drive user and business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, or enterprise software.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable navigating a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

What Will Make Us Love You

While not required, these experiences would give you an extra edge:

  • Experience with digital transformation or process automation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Salesforce, or Zendesk.
  • Deep commitment to customer-driven innovation.
  • Strategic collaboration with C-suite leaders.
  • Domain knowledge in IT Certifications, Cybersecurity, or corporate training.
  • Background in SaaS, EdTech, or digital learning environments.
  • Experience navigating platform migrations or M&A activities.

Success Will Require You To Have…

  • A results-driven mindset grounded in systems and technology.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • The ability to create clarity in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?

A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol or other substance use disorder (not currently using drugs illegally)
