Analyst - Account Receivable (AR-B2B)

We are looking to hire a Finance Analyst -Accounts Receivable (FA-AR) with strong and demonstrated skills in accounts receivable, revenue recognition, billing and collection.  The FA-AR should possess high business acumen in maintaining timeliness and accuracy in the end-to-end processes in AR for B2B business model.   

To ensure success, the FA-AR should have experience gained from CG/FMCG companies, with keen interest in  product distribution, target achievements and its conversion to cash for the company.  Top candidates will have pro-active approach in maintaining clients & internal customer relationships, and with meticulous attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable Operations:
• Accurate and timely invoicing and collection.
• Compliance to credit control policies, accuracy of AR records that are necessary in aligning statement of outstanding accounts with customers for timely collection of receivables.
• Support continuous improvement in processes for efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables. 
• Regular follow-up with customers to ensure collection of outstanding balances on time.

• Reporting and Analysis:
• Revenue recognition and sales cut-off summary, Back and open order summary, 
• Sales and COGs variance analysis
• AR and collection reports: Customer statement of accounts, Aging reports, Collection forecasts, and provision for bad debts. 

• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders from the Commercial team to ensure timely payments and address any billing discrepancies early.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated AR issues and resolve disputes in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business management
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable gained from big Consumer Goods companies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit controls, and AR best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting and operating systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle) and advance Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and handle multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
