Digital Marketing Manager

Adyen is looking for a data-driven, proactive and collaborative digital marketing manager. This role will work from our London office and report directly to the UK Head of Marketing. 

The digital marketing role is focused on driving impact for Adyen’s acquisition efforts of new customers through marketing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, setting up and optimizing targeted digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels.

The ideal candidate is experienced with B2B performance marketing and fluent in working with revenue-based goals. This is a matrixed role collaborating across the UK and Global Marketing teams to optimize Adyen’s impact through paid and owned media. 

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, set-up, execute and optimize paid search campaigns particularly google ads and display. 
  • Work closely with the global acquisition marketing team to implement and drive strategies to generate sales accepted opportunities. 
  • Broader understanding of other acquisition channels such as SEO and Paid Social.
  • Help the demand generation team to plan, activate and execute campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics tools such as Salesforce and Google Analytics to determine effectiveness of campaigns across all channels
  • Help with the localization and optimization of the local web pages including landing page creation. 

Who you are:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role focused on driving the acquisition of net new customers. B2B marketing experience is a plus. 
  • Strong background in paid search and broader understanding of other acquisition channels (Social, Display, Organic).
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset. Experience in working with data-driven optimizations. 
  • Balance between strategic & hands-on: From developing a strategy to execution and optimization. 
  • You are a self-starting and self-motivated contributor with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a requirement
  • Ability to travel internationally 15%+
