Why you should join the Revenue Operations - Technology Team

We’re expanding our team and looking for experienced Salesforce Developers at both mid and senior levels to manage and optimize our global Salesforce platform. As Salesforce Developer, you will become part of the Revenue Operations - Technology team. In this role, you’ll drive solutions that connect the Adyen platform with Salesforce, enabling our Commercial & Service teams to scale effectively.

We are looking to hire for our two Salesforce teams:

  • Sales Cloud: Develop solutions for our commercial teams to scale our commercial organization while keeping the process simple.
  • Service Cloud: Develop solutions for our operational teams to provide the best in class customer experience for our merchants.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • You will be working on designing and implementing the best possible Salesforce solutions, which are used by all Commercial and Operational teams globally. We expect you to:
  • Oversee and maintain the global Salesforce platform, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance.
  • Designing & building customized solutions using Salesforce flows, Apex, LWC/Aura components, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL to meet business requirements ensuring scalable and efficient design.
  • Integrate Salesforce Platform with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP/Pub/Sub APIs, GRPC, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Lead the implementation of new Salesforce Platform initiatives, from gathering requirements to deployment through our CI/CD pipeline.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud, working with Salesforce Support if needed.
  • Create documentation & training materials for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, best practices and new features, and recommend improvements to optimize the platform.

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related quantitative degree field;
  • 5+ years experience as a Certified Salesforce Developer
  • Excellent understanding of Flow, Apex, LWC/Aura components, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL
  • Strong understanding of other related technologies like Java, XML, SQL, Web Services, APIs, integration patterns, security & authentication
  • Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle
  • You have demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and making decisions, with a keen desire for personal and professional growth;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty with a proven track record of successful outcome;.
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with setting up, maintaining & improving CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Test Automation Tooling is a plus
  • Experience with integrating LLMs into Salesforce is a big plus
