THE ROLE

AG1 is looking for a Senior Manager, Referral & Advocacy to drive the success of our new AG1 customer ambassador program. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, and community engagement, ensuring our ambassador program and other referral programs deliver incremental business growth while creating a world-class customer experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring the success of our ambassador program—from onboarding new ambassadors, engaging existing ones and creating new tactics for driving growth —leveraging data-driven decision-making, process management, and creative problem-solving to improve performance. You’ll interact daily with AG1 ambassadors, ensuring they are supported, motivated, and well-equipped to contribute to our program's success.

Reporting to the Director, Referral & Advocacy, this role requires organization, a strong business sense, a passion for interacting with customers, a creative streak, and a desire to improve the status quo. The ideal candidate is a customer-obsessed operator who is as energized by working directly with our ambassadors as they are by solving strategic problems.

  • Ideate and implement creative ways to engage, inspire, and activate the ambassador network.
  • Facilitate operational processes to support the program’s success.
  • Manage budgets and operational effectiveness to ensure program sustainability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
