  • J.D. from ABA accredited program.
  • Active bar membership in any state.
  • Significant experience negotiating, drafting, and solving issues for various types of commercial contracts, including those relating to NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, marketing agreements, and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Knowledge of global and domestic privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA and experience implementing global privacy and data security compliance programs, policies and processes to meet legal requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of being a relationship builder and the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude.
  • Experience in advising on high-stakes business decisions where legal and business risks must be balanced.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
  • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies!

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
