- Stay Current: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to evolve our developer experience in line with industry trends.
- Architect for Scale: Oversee the design and evolution of our build and release pipelines, ensuring low lead times and high reliability.

- Partner with Stakeholders: Work closely with product, infrastructure, and security teams to align on priorities and ensure platform projects meet business needs.
- Communicate Impact: Translate complex technical strategies into measurable outcomes and clear action plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Who You Are
- Platform & DevOps Expertise: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on building and operating developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud infrastructures.
- Management Experience: 2+ years managing high-performing engineering teams, with a track record of mentoring senior-level engineers.
- Hands-On Knowledge: Familiar with modern DevOps toolchains (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Visionary: Capable of setting long-term technical strategies that boost productivity across the entire engineering org.
- Collaborative Communicator: Skilled at building trust across teams, with the ability to balance technical trade-offs and business priorities.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable using metrics (build success rates, deployment times, developer NPS) to inform decision-making and optimize systems.
