A Snapshot
The Product Manager - OSE based in Singapore, will report directly to the Director of Product Development – OSE, and work closely with the rest of the Technology team, making your mark in a number of ways:
- Work with Sr. Product Development Managers to Drive the strategic direction for the product development of Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE) in alignment with key business goals.
- Examine existing OSE technologies and work with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and equipment vendors to maintain and improve AirTrunk’s current portfolio of Data Center OSE.
- Work with Sr. Product Development Managers to Research and explore the addition of new products to the OSE categories and collaborate with the masterplanning and design teams to future-proof AirTrunk’s product offering, to fulfil customer requirements in a functional and innovative way.
Your Day to Day
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to track feedback and update relevant technical specifications and demarcation documents.
- Support onboarding of AT’s Design, Cx and Operations teams.
- Work with procurement and vendors to update and maintain the regional OSE Product technical deliverables.
- Support project program efforts.
- Manage the processes, reporting and documentation repository related with the technical specification, approval, procurement, commissioning and continuous improvement of the OSE products, ensuring alignment and collaboration with internal teams.
- Support Sr. PDM’s with initiating new product development investigations, organising regular meetings with vendors, visiting sites and manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure quality assurance and design checks are undertaken on existing products and applications.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills to explore data and to develop engineering solutions.
- 5-8+years of experience within infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing or data centre design and operations. Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree is a preference.
- Willing to make decisions and be accountable for them.
- Ability to monitor technical, logistical and economic implications of equipment, procurement: CAPEX and OPEX.
- Coordinate and manage external suppliers ensure they provide the technical solutions to meet our requirements in a fast paced industry.
- Experience in multiple APAC countries would be desirable, the successful candidate is open to understanding new markets and learning local codes and regulations as needed.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong cognitive skills and problem solving skills.
- Highly driven and motivated.
- Willing and able to travel to APAC and other regions when needed.
