Your Impact


Based in our Melbourne office, you will lead how AirTrunk creates positive, lasting impact across Australian communities. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Social Impact & Community, you will work closely with teams and leaders across Australia and the Asia‑Pacific region to build trusted relationships, support major infrastructure projects, and deliver meaningful community outcomes aligned to our strategy and values.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver proactive community engagement plans, informed by research, stakeholder mapping, and sentiment analysis
  • Build strong partnerships with communities, local government, employees, customers, suppliers, and industry peers
  • Support project development through consultation, communications, and facilitation of community meetings
  • Act as a trusted advisor on community impact, advocacy, and engagement across the business
  • Establish and manage clear feedback mechanisms across development, construction, and operations
  • Contribute to broader initiatives including market expansion, government engagement, and social impact programs

What You’ll Bring

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience in community engagement, project development, sustainability, or related fields
  • Proven experience supporting major infrastructure projects and navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments in Victoria and/or NSW
  • Strong communication skills, with experience developing and presenting materials for diverse audiences
  • A collaborative, commercially minded approach and a genuine passion for social impact and sustainability
