A Snapshot
As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead and deliver the end-to-end recruitment strategy for a key market/location, ensuring alignment to broader business and regional talent priorities. You will partner closely with business leaders and the People & Culture team to understand hiring needs, shape workforce plans, and deliver high-quality, timely hiring outcomes.
You will oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, balancing strategic oversight with handson leadership, while coaching and developing your team to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will use data and market insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness, drive process excellence, and ensure the business is positioned to attract and retain top, diverse talent in a competitive market.
Your Day to Day
• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function for a specific location, ensuring delivery against hiring plans and business growth objectives
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, providing consultative guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent availability
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and efficient hiring process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and key escalation point, while supporting or leading where required, seniorlevel hiring processes
• Develop and execute strategies to build diverse and sustainable talent pipelines across all business areas
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and driving high performance
• Use data, reporting, and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making
• Ensure job descriptions, advertising, and recruitment practices are aligned, inclusive, and market competitive
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
• Partner with external agencies and vendors, managing relationships and ensuring effective delivery and ROI
• Lead or contribute to talent-related projects and initiatives, including employer branding and EVP activation
• Ensure compliance with local market regulations, including hiring practices, advertising, and visa/immigration requirements where relevant
Requirements
• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver against hiring targets
• Experience using data and insights to inform hiring strategies and improve performance
• Strong knowledge of local talent markets and hiring trends
• Experience working with recruitment systems and tools (e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR or similar)
• Commercially minded, proactive, and able to operate with pace and adaptability
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
