Our North American Regional Workplace Manager oversees the experience and operations of Anaplan's growing North American office portfolio. This role will run day-to-day operations in our New York sales and customer success hub and manage two full-time employees. Working with our Site Champions, Executive Assistants and IT, you will ensure we are developing Anaplan culture and fostering innovation in our offices. Anaplan currently has offices in New York, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Ottawa, and our HQ in Miami. This role will build processes, policies, and procedures to focus on scalability and capturing data that will drive the company to make more informed decisions.

Your Impact
- Manage Workplace Operations and onsite experience of Anaplan North American Office portfolio, including managing day-to-day operations of Anaplan’s New York City Office
- Manage a team of workplace managers, coordinators, and receptionists
- Develop and implement workplace experience programming focused on culture-building and fostering innovation
- Instruct the WPS team and develop Key Partnership with Regional Site Champions
- Partner with Real Estate and IT on North American office new builds and refreshes
- Develop and manage the operating budget for the North America region and scale budgeting best practices
- Support change management strategies and plans that improve employee adoption and usage of required changes
- Analyze current processes and optimize them for scale
- Address issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions throughout project life cycles
- Experience collecting workplace and/or HR data to make informed decisions
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in corporate workplace services or hospitality
- Experience as a people manager
- Experience supporting multiple offices
- Experience managing a team through scale
- Physical Security, Health and Safety Experience
- Analytics Collecting Experience
Base Salary Range:
$108,000 - $145,000 USD
