Director, Partner Experience
Location: San Francisco/Sam Ramon/Bay Area
About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Partner Experience to lead programs and operations that ensure an exceptional experience for Anaplan’s global partner ecosystem.
This role will drive critical initiatives including management of our PRM platform and partner portal, partner feedback programs, operational excellence across partner programs, and the launch of our Partner-Built Applications Program. You’ll work cross-functionally with partner sales, marketing, operations, product, enablement, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, impactful outcomes that empower our partners and fuel Anaplan’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Partner Experience team to deliver on strategic and operational priorities.
- Oversee Anaplan’s PRM platform and partner portal strategy, roadmap, and administration to ensure a seamless, modern, and scalable partner experience.
- Design and manage partner feedback initiatives, including recurring surveys and advisory councils.
- Support the launch and ongoing evolution of the Partner-Built Applications Program, including intake, enablement, governance, and go-to-market readiness.
- Drive the evolution of Anaplan’s partner programs to enable, motivate, and recognize partners across a range of go-to-market motions.
- Champion operational excellence, designing and optimizing partner processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and transparency.
- Own governance processes for program changes and cross-functional alignment to deliver a consistent, high-quality partner experience.
- Collaborate with regional partner leaders to balance local needs with global consistency.
- Define and track key partner experience metrics, reporting on impact and informing strategy.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the VP of Partner Strategy & Operations and the broader Alliances leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in partner programs, partner operations, or partner experience roles, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of partner business models (e.g., resell, services, ISV, OEM) and go-to-market motions.
- Experience managing PRM systems, partner portals, and related partner technology.
- Demonstrated ability to design and run structured partner feedback programs.
- Track record of driving operational improvements at scale, with strong process design and optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Base Salary Range:
$200,000 - $271,000 USD
