Manager, Sales Compensation

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Compensation Manager to join our Sales Compensation team. This role will serve as the key business partner to the Global GTM organization, while also contributing to global strategic initiatives. This role requires a hands-on operational leader responsible for helping design and execute the GTM compensation plan working cross functionally with internal teams to help manage the compensation and commission process.

What you’ll do:
As part of a high-performance, fast-moving, and collaborative GTM Operations team, your role will encompass all aspects of running a successful sales and GTM organization, which includes planning, growth strategy sales forecasting, business operations, and data evaluation

Support the design and implementation of the sales compensation plan

Continuously evaluate commission plans and processes and initiate changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs of administration

Support regional sales operations managers in the design and definition of plan titles / roles.

Support ongoing maintenance of Xactly Incent, set up compensation plans and credit mapping rules for all sales associates in incentive tool

Report and analyze sales compensation KPIs and effectiveness, collaborating with Sales Leadership and Finance on continuous improvement plans.

Assist with monthly and quarterly analyses to measure compensation plan performance including variance to budget, correlation between result and payouts by individual contributor and manage

Act as a single point of contact in the sales organization for sales plan, rules and policy questions & complex compensation issues.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, data, or a related field.

5+ years of work experience in sales compensation.

1-2 years of experience of people management

Must be highly proficient in Google G-Suite / Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce and technically savvy for other data systems.

Experience with Xactly Incent required.

Strong process development and writing experience.

Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience with the administration of high-performance sales team compensation plans.

Must be highly motivated, quick thinker and learner and can work independently as well as part of a team.

Organized, detail oriented and methodical.

Ability to grow and think outside the box.
