This role is perfect for someone who is highly driven, hands-on, independent, organised and knows how to juggle high-volume tech and digital hiring like a pro. You’ll partner with a diverse mix of stakeholders, help shape our talent strategy, and play a key role in scaling teams across the region. And yes—if you've had strong experience with onboarding new joiners and HR tasks, we see that as a big plus.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end hiring for technology and digital roles in APAC region—from sourcing to signing.
- Own your pipeline like a boss: attract, engage, and close top-tier talent across multiple functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand their needs and craft tailored hiring strategies.
- Help launch new teams and markets in APAC region by building talent from the ground up.
- Keep our ATS (Greenhouse) squeaky clean and up to date with everything from candidate notes to hiring data.
- Champion the onboarding process, because ensuring the successful candidate has a positive new joiner experience is critical.
- Stay agile, adaptable, and always ready to pivot—this team is growing, and fast.
- Be a internal and external champion of candidate experience and our employer brand.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in tech/digital hiring.
- Proven track record managing high-volume roles with grace and speed.
- Exceptional communication with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Confidence to work independently, but also a team-first attitude—you’re the type who jumps in to help.
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders and regions—you’re a natural relationship builder.
- Exposure to onboarding or recruitment operations is a big plus.
- Familiar with Greenhouse (or another modern ATS).
- Being fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin at a business level is a plus.
- Open-minded, resourceful, and always up for a challenge (or a new tool).
