Team Summary

We are looking for a candidate who should be self-motivated and critical thinker with strong communication skills to join our Product Consulting Group. The team is the first point of contact for our clients, provides day to day support for the platform and workflow related issues. The team is also involved in handling/resolving any operational issues faced by clients while using our world-class suite of middle/back-office applications and follow with internal teams as per defined SLAs.

What you’ll do:

• Act as Point of Contact for assigned clients to handle various product and application related queries from clients and provide a timely resolution as per defined SLAs.
• Manage the client mandate from product consulting perspective and ensure all their queries are addressed as expected.
• Effective resolution of operational queries raised by clients while using the platform by providing detailed explanations to the clients.
• Train clients on how to use the Arcesium platform effectively. Ensure to keep the training documents/materials up to date.
• Understand the criticality of issues raised by client and work closely with Forward Deployed to provide Root cause as needed.
• Escalate issues (if any) to internal teams/senior management, as necessary.
• Maintain detailed account of queries raised, should there be similar requests in the future.
• Support internal tech teams in operational activities and quicker resolution of open issues.
• Coordinate with our Product management & Forward deployed teams to prepare for new client and new fund onboarding.

What you’ll need:

• A minimum MBA in a financial discipline with 5+ years of experience in financial services supporting trade life cycles and/or interacting with hedge fund managers, investment managers, asset managers or other buy/sell side firms.
• A good exposure to Equities, Fixed Income, OTC & Swaps trade lifecycle. Technical proficiency in Python and operations of API’s is desirable.
• Proficient in financial services industry domain knowledge, preferably middle office processes and sound knowledge of financial instruments and fund accounting are essential for this role.
• An outstanding academic background with a passion to work in dynamic environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables.
• A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude.
• Should be able to demonstrate delivering high-quality work under stringent deadlines.
