Position Overview
Arlo is in search of Personnel Security to support Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to support the personnel security office.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors
- Initiating the security process for federal and contractor applicants using OPM databases such as e-QIP, NBIS, CVS, and PIPS.
- Sending supplemental security documents to federal and contractor applicants via e-mail.
- Working with federal and contractor applicants to submit all required documents, troubleshooting e-QIP access issues, coordinating in-person fingerprint appointments, and answering general questions via e-mail and phone.
- Drafting correspondence, such as cover sheets for candidate’s packages.
- Ensure complete packages (e.g., includes PD/PDR and Resume).
- Creating new employment and investigation records, uploading required documents, and record all record checks in internal security databases as appropriate.
- Helping candidates respond to questions regarding how to sign up for enrollment around the U.S.
- Collect, track, and review all appropriate release forms.
- Prepare e-QIP security questionnaires for release to DCSA and upload required supporting documents, if applicable.
Education and Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma with at least 7 years of experience in personnel security.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have an active Public Trust clearance.
- Experience developing standard operating procedures related to e-QIP.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
