About the Team

About the Role

  • You will lead the global expansion effort at Aspire, helping operationalize new markets and enable launch of new product operations in existing markets. 
  • Design global operations expansion strategy for the new markets. 
  • Design and constantly improve the expansion and launch playbook for Aspire.
  • Conduct local market, competitive, and regulatory research on compliance and operational requirements.
  • Work with functional leaders across Aspire’s Commercial, Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to scope, plan and launch operations in new markets.
  • Assess maturity of existing processes, people and systems readiness when expanding to new markets.
  • Implement initiatives to bolster the processes, policies, people, and system readiness to prepare for successful launch.
  • Coordinate the launch cadence across teams at Aspire to enter a new market or launch new products on time.  
  • Provide timely guidance and direction to senior leadership on key expansion challenges and solutions to be implemented. 
  • Designing program mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks, improve communication, identify risks, and gather feedback from a wide range of global stakeholders

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • You are analytical - You can create & clearly communicate strategies and support it with data
  • You are a true owner - You are detail oriented, and know your projects in depth while also being able to understand strategic priorities and connecting the dots with business goals
  • You are resourceful - You may have never faced a problem before, but you will find a solution
  • You are hungry to drive change - You have a positive attitude, you are self-motivated, hands-on, and ready to learn; Startup life is not always the easiest, but at least you make it fun
  • You have strong communication skills - You can communicate very well on the phone and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders. Your communication is clear, concise and professional.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in launching new products or financial services in new markets from scratch.- from day 0 planning through to day 1 operational go-live.
  • Deep knowledge of local and general knowledge of fintech regulatory requirements.
