Position Overview 

ATLAS SP is seeking a Loan Analyst to join its Structured Lending Operations team. This role supports the execution, booking, and ongoing lifecycle management of loan facilities and asset-based loans globally. The Loan Analyst will assist with reviewing credit agreements and amendments, preparing and processing notices, draw requests, paydowns, and cash activity, and maintaining loan data within ACBS (CLS). 

This position offers significant exposure to complex lending structures and end-to-end loan servicing, with opportunities to build technical expertise, expand client-facing skills, and grow within structured finance operations. The Loan Analyst will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate processing, strong controls, and high-quality client service. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Support day-to-day loan servicing activities, including transaction processing, reporting, and issue resolution. 
  • Review credit agreements and amendments to ensure operational requirements are accurately reflected in systems and processes. 
  • Prepare and process client notices, draw requests, paydowns, and cash movements in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Maintain loan facilities and data within ACBS (CLS). 
  • Support client interactions related to routine servicing inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate. 
  • Assist in maintaining a strong control environment, including account reconciliations and monitoring of key control metrics. 
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing operational risk. 
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support a strong culture of teamwork and accountability. 

 Required Qualification and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in loan servicing, lending operations, or financial services operations. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization. 
  • Strong team orientation with a willingness to support colleagues as needed. 

 Preferred Qualification and Experience 

  • Prior experience within the financial services industry, particularly loan or credit operations. 
  • Familiarity with ACBS (CLS) or similar loan servicing platforms (e.g., LIQ, AFS). 
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
