The Global Trial Sales Operations Manager will work on the Global Revenue Operations team and is responsible for providing the worldwide Trial Sales team (NA, ANZ, EU) analytical and strategic support. These responsibilities are delivered through close relationships with Trial Sales and Revenue operations leadership, definition & refinement of the key trial sales drivers, daily monitoring of pipeline health, as well as measuring the performance of the programs against established targets, and recommending actions to drive improved revenue performance. 

This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and is located in Austin, Texas.

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as a Salesforce Trial expert, providing support and recommendation for sales operations processes improvement
  • Analyze sales performance metrics from the previous day/week including reviewing dashboards and reports to assess the team's performance against targets.
  • Conduct brief meetings with sales team members or leaders to discuss goals, challenges, and any immediate issues they may be facing, helping align the team and address any concerns promptly
  • Be a partner of the marketing team to discuss campaigns, lead generation efforts, and how these align with sales objectives. This may involve reviewing marketing materials or upcoming promotions
  • Maintain and update CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, accurate lead assignments, and tracking sales activities
  • Analyze existing sales processes to identify areas for improvement, including streamlining workflows, improving reporting methods, or implementing new tools or technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to prepare sales forecasts and strategic plans based on current performance and market trends.
  • Be the single point of contact for Trial Sales leadership team
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track key metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work with finance or product teams to address pricing strategies, product launches, or inventory issues that may affect sales.
  • Seek to understand areas for productivity and performance efficiencies and push forward innovative and game-changing projects
  • Address any urgent issues that arise, such as discrepancies in sales data or operational bottlenecks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on sales operations initiatives.
  • Manage GTM operations content including visuals, proposed commentary’s based on analysis.

What are we looking for?

  • Business acumen is required - understanding the levers to pull to produce growth and associated risks
  • Data management skills (cleaning, linking, analyzing, reporting)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and administration, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in managing projects and initiatives, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills are required
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate results and insights to management and directors
  • Able to effectively combine quantitative data and qualitative information to communicate the “so what” of a situation to drive action
  • Passion for customers and interest in eCommerce
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to understand and deliver on business needs
  • Able to balance fun & positive working relationships with the need to have direct conversations around business performance
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience. 
  • Three or more (3+) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Experience with building reports and dashboards in Looker
  • Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry
  • Experience with SaaS and Subscription business model
