What are we looking for?

• 3+ years’ experience working as a data scientist or machine learning engineer.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Excellent Python and SQL skills for data manipulation, analysis, and ML development.
• Strong grasp of data-engineering best practices and working with large, messy complex datasets
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, design)
• Experience using data to influence product or business decisions.
• Experience with software development practices, version control (e.g., Git), and basic code modularization.
• Profienct in English, both verbal and written.

What will make you stand out?

• Proven track record of leading end-to-end ML projects

• Deep expertise or leadership in one or more of the following areas:
• Geospatial analysis
• NLP & Transformer models
• Recommendation Engines
• (Graph) Neural Networks
• Cloud-native ML workflows on AWS, GCP or Azure (e,g. Sagemaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
• Experience deploying AI agents & RAG pipelines
