Content & Copy Lead

We’re looking for a new colleague to join us in this key role as Content & Copy Leadhelping shape how AutoProff communicates with customers across Europe. 

You’ll shape how our story is told — turning product insights, commercial priorities and user needs into clear, consistent and engaging content that strengthens our brand and supports both marketing and product experiences. 

The role is based out of our office in Copenagen with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. 

About the role 

As our Content & Copy Leadyou’ll own the development of sharp, user-centred copy and guide the content strategy that supports our brand, growth and product adoption. You’ll write hands-on across marketing channels, support Product with clear and thoughtful UX/UI copy and build the guidelines that ensure our tone and messaging stay consistent across teams and markets. 

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Growth Marketing, PMM, Product, Design and Sales to make sure our content is aligned, on-brand and drives real impact. 

Let's dive into your key responsibilities, you will 

  • Write clear, persuasive and user-centred copy in English across campaigns, web, email, paid channels, video scripts, and events.
  • Develop sales enablement content such as one-pagers, case studies, presentations and launch materials.
  • Ensure content aligns with positioning, value propositions and overall GTM priorities.
  • Adapt messaging by audience, market and funnel stage to ensure relevance and conversion.
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar in collaboration with Growth, PMM and Sales.
  • Define and maintain a content strategy that supports brand, demand generation and product adoption.
  • Create and maintain tone-of-voice, style and messaging guidelines for Marketing, Product and other teams.
  • Develop templates, frameworks and briefing formats that help non-writers produce better content.
  • Review and approve key content pieces to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Train and support stakeholders in how to apply guidelines and give effective feedback.
  • Utilise AI tool workflows: create strong briefs, evaluating outputs and rewriting into sharp, on-brand copy. 

The need-to-have skills 

  • 4+ years of experience in copywriting or content roles (agency or in-house), ideally within B2B, SaaS or tech.
  • Native-level or near-native English writing skills and the ability to adjust tone across channels and audiences.
  • Experience producing both short-form content (ads, emails, UX microcopy) and long-form assets (articles, case studies, website content).
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with Marketing, Product and Design teams.
  • Excellent ability to structure messaging, shape content briefs and write for specific outcomes.
  • Experience building and rolling out tone-of-voice and content guidelines.
  • Comfortable using AI tools while maintaining strong editorial judgment and attention to detail. 

The nice-to-have skills 

  • Experience writing for marketplace or automotive audiences.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Miro or similar platforms.

  • Appreciate working closely with Marketing, Product and Design to create a unified voice and strong brand presence.
