What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Senior Workday Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent Workday HCM solutions to streamline workflows, integrate systems, and enhance data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Workday, a strong background in HR processes, and a problem-solving mindset to enhance the efficiency of our systems.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking & Time Off, Talent & Performance, Reporting and Integrations.
- Act as a trusted primary point of contact for all Workday-related queries and issues, providing training and support to users across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of processes, feature launches, and projects to provide a seamless implementation.
- Lead and participate in system upgrade projects, enhancements, and implementations.
- Performs Workday administrative tasks including managing user support tickets, system maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and integrations support.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity within the Workday platform.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and best practices, making recommendations for system improvements.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Document and refine key processes, maintain procedural documentation, and provide training for team members and business stakeholders.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning, adapting, and influencing the team’s direction and success.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Workday administration or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple of the following Workday functionalities: HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking & Time Off, Talent & Performance, Reporting or Integrations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience with system upgrades and implementations is a plus
Bonus Points:
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Retool, UI Bakery, or n8n.
- Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
- Experience in a Human Resources role.
- Workday Pro Certification preferred.
