What We Are Looking For:
The Learning Partner plays an important role in fostering employee growth and maximizing organizational effectiveness by assessing, designing, delivering, and evaluating innovative learning solutions for global teams. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, this position ensures alignment with business objectives while managing key initiatives with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. Additionally, the Learning Partner contributes to various Talent Development initiatives, further enhancing the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
What You'll Do:
- Design and Develop Learning Experiences: Create impactful training programs, courses, and end-to-end learning journeys using sound instructional design methodologies. Deliver all required components including lesson plans, facilitator guides, learning materials, and e-learning modules to support employee development at scale.
- Project Management and Stakeholder Alignment: Lead and manage training projects from concept to completion, facilitating meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned to business needs. Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure accountability for action items and deliverables.
- Facilitation and Delivery: Facilitate dynamic and inclusive in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels, tailoring delivery to suit diverse learning needs and environments.
- Evaluate and Improve Programs: Measure the impact of learning programs using data from participant feedback, assessments, and business outcomes. Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support Talent Development Initiatives: Contribute to programs such as performance management, employee engagement, and career development. Ensure alignment with L&D efforts.
- System and Process Management: Administer Workday and other relevant platforms to support L&D and Talent Development activities, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless user experience.
- Leverage Emerging Technology and AI: Apply responsible AI practices and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to introduce innovative learning solutions that drive engagement and efficiency.
- Strategic Contribution: Participate in strategic planning conversations related to learning and organizational development, offering insights and ideas for long-term initiatives that support business priorities.
- Business Partnership and Curiosity: Build strong relationships with departments across the organization, demonstrating curiosity and business acumen to design tailored solutions that address specific team and organizational needs.
- Flexibility and Collaboration: Support additional Learning & Development and Talent Development initiatives as needed.
What You Need:
- BA or BS degree required
- Specialized industry certification preferred
- 3+ years in a corporate Learning and Development role
- 3+ years facilitating training in groups of 20+, both in person and virtually
- Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and other tools/platforms, such as Articulate Rise, Workday, AI, LinkedIn Learning
- Experience using Workday
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning best practices, and common learning technologies and tools.
- Familiarity with project management practices and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts across departments.
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas to improve learning experiences and processes.
