What We Are Looking For:

This is a strategic and visionary product leadership role at the forefront of transforming our organization into a truly data-driven powerhouse. The Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics, is pivotal in converting raw data into clear, strategic insights and actionable products that deliver significant business value.

They achieve this by bridging the gap between complex data infrastructure, cutting-edge analytics, and critical business needs, ensuring data is not just available, but usable, reliable, and, most importantly, immediately actionable.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Data Product Ownership: Define, develop, and launch real-time data-driven products and platforms, treating data as a first-class asset. This role goes beyond static reports, focusing on building solutions that ingest, process, and deliver data instantaneously for immediate insights and automated responses, creating significant competitive advantages.
  • Driving Actionable Insights & AI Integration: Lead teams in designing and delivering analytical tools, compelling data narratives, and AI-powered features that convert raw data into clear, strategic intelligence. This includes enhancing core Voice, Messaging, Numbers, and Emergency Services products through features like personalization, fraud detection, and immediate alerts.
  • End-to-End Product Leadership (Scrum-Based): Serve as the Product Owner for high-performance, scrum-based development teams. This encompasses owning the product backlog, meticulously documenting plans, and collaborating directly with customers to build efficient, problem-solving solutions. A passion for continuous agile learning is essential.
  • Strategic Direction & Prioritization: Own the definition of product direction and strategy for new data products and features. This involves setting clear goals and prioritizing initiatives to maximize business impact and drive the overall product roadmap.
  • Cross-functional Partnership & Deep Discovery: Partner closely with Domain Owners, Market Offers, Sales, and Operations, among others, to define and execute the overall data product strategy. Lead comprehensive customer and prospect discovery to deeply understand their data needs, ensuring early and repeatable success for major product launches.
  • Business Transformation & Monetization: This role is crucial for unlocking new revenue streams by productizing data (Data-as-a-Service), enhancing operational efficiency, and personalizing user experiences across our communications portfolio, ultimately transforming data into a significant strategic asset.

What You Need:

  • Product Management Expertise: 5-8+ years of experience in product management, with a significant and demonstrable focus on data & analytics-intensive applications.
  • Deep Data Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling techniques. Proficiency with data visualization tools and/or big data technologies.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and solve complex problems related to data.
  • Strategic Contribution: Drives the long-term vision and strategy for their product area, aligning with market offers and domain owners.  Articulate market opportunities and competitive differentiators.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to clearly connect data initiatives to core business objectives and articulate their measurable impact.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field is typically required.

Bonus Points:

  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience working with or building CCaaS/UCaaS/CPaaS products.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in VoIP/SIP communication services.
