Barbaricum is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Program Managment Director to join our team in support of the Program Executive Office Soldier programs. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall management for the contractor's workforce supporting the Government's mission. 
  • Manages the activities of a staff that executes the company’s business plan, develops plans and projects, determines needs, investigates and resolves problems, interfaces with other functions and outside personnel, prepares capital and operating requests, and manages staff.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees, staff planning, assigning, and directing work, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Controls and accounts for resources (e.g. people, budget, etc.) of department, program or subdivision of the company or company’s work.
  • Ensures sufficient personnel with the requisite skills are available and that commitments are executed on‐time within budget and to the highest quality standards to meet contractual commitments.
  • Reviews and appraises contractor's employee performance.
  • Responsible for performance of all contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
