Barbaricum is seeking a Digital Services Program Manager to oversee the digital delivery of content and communications under the Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise Services (MODES) contract. This role supports the daily operation and evolution of MODES websites, social media platforms, and analytics tools in alignment with DoD strategic messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital service delivery, including website operations, email campaigns, and social media.
- Lead implementation of multi-platform content strategies aligned with outreach objectives.
- Oversee analytics and performance reporting, including ad campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure content and digital products meet accessibility and Section 508 compliance standards.
- Support technical integrations, marketing automation, and user experience testing.
- Serve as digital liaison to internal teams, vendors, and Government leadership.
Qualifications:
- Favorable adjudication of a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years in social media content development and ad campaign management.
- 3+ years in web analytics and performance reporting.
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, HTML/CSS, and UX optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Yoast.
