About Our Program:

The North American Peak Achievement Athletics Internship Program is designed to give undergraduate & graduate students an opportunity to gain valuable work experience, to learn more about the business and their field of studies to be able to excel in your careers! Interns will have optional 60 – minute lunch & learns to give exposure to business initiatives and departments as well as mentors to help guide you through.

Mississauga, ON Program Timeline: Tuesday, May 5, 2025 – Friday, August 22, 2025 (16 weeks)

Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, 24 hours per week 

To be eligible, you must be: 

  1. Enrolled as a student at the Canadian post-secondary institution.
  2. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Completing a work-integrated learning component as part of their curriculum.

The Digital Intern is responsible for projects supporting the Direct-to-Consumer team.  This role’s primary responsibility is to assist the DTC (bauer.com) team with their customer retention efforts across multiple channels such as email, SMS, and the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program. You will help to create consistent messaging across all channels, as well as the tracking of performance. Ultimately, this role is tasked to support with helping to drive website performance by increasing customer loyalty.

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Track data pertinent to the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program.
  • Assist with the collection and storage of creative assets (copy/images) pertinent to the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program.
  • Assist with the creation & QA of marketing emails & SMS messages.
  • Pull data & results for weekly & monthly reports.
  • Assist the larger digital team with other requests. (ads, merchandising)

What You Will Bring: 

  • Experience with an Email Service Provider(s) such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, Mailchimp, is preferred.
  • Shopify Experience preferred.
  • Retail Experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Hockey fan or player preferred.
