Notre programme:

Le programme de stage nord-américain se déroulera du 5 mai 2025 au 22 août 2025 à notre Centre d'innovation de produits à Blainville, au Québec.  Les stagiaires seront au bureau 5 jours par semaine, du lundi au vendredi.  

Le programme est conçu pour donner aux étudiants de premier et deuxième cycles l'occasion d'acquérir une expérience professionnelle précieuse, d'en apprendre davantage sur l'entreprise et sur leur domaine d'études afin d'être en mesure d'exceller dans leur carrière! Les stagiaires auront la possibilité de participer à des déjeuners-conférences de 60 minutes afin de découvrir les initiatives et les départements de l'entreprise et de bénéficier de l'aide de mentors.

Pour être éligible, vous devez être:

  1. Être inscrit en tant qu'étudiant dans un établissement postsecondaire canadien.
  2. Être citoyen canadien ou résident permanent.
  3. Compléter une composante d'apprentissage intégré au travail dans le cadre de leur programme d'études.

Vous souhaitez rejoindre notre équipe en tant qu' Designer / Prototypiste?

Le Designer / Prototypiste du poste contribuera à la conception, création et mise en forme deprototypes innovant pour la catégorie d'équipement de protection technique axé sur le sport de haute performance. Ce poste requiert une excellente capacité à illustrer, communiquer et représenter physiquement une idée sous forme de maquettes et prototypes en la rendant tangible permettant la validation de preuves de concepts.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Participe activement aux activités de design et aux nouvelles idées de produits, soit de l’idéation à la réalisation de maquettes et prototypes d’études.
  • Participe aux réunions de conception et développement préliminaire.
  • Communique régulièrement avec les membres de l'équipe de conception.
  • Travailler efficacement pour respecter les délais tout en assurant une exécution de qualité.
  • Exécute divers projets/tâches selon les directives du responsable de la conception.

Ce que vous apporterez:

  • BS ou BA, DEC et/ou BACC en en design ou dans un domaine connexe - ou années équivalentes d'expérience pertinente et connexe.
  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en design et développement de produits.
  • Connaissance de divers matériaux (tissu, plastiques, caoutchouc, EVA, quincaillerie, etc.)
  • Connaissance de la couture et de l'assemblage de prototypes d'équipements de protection techniques et spécialisés pour l'évaluation de l'ergonomie et du design.
  • Autonome sur équipements de couture de type industriel
  • Connaissance de logiciels de sketchs, dessin et création de patrons tels qu'Illustrator, Browzwear, Clo3D ou équivalent un atout.
  • Doit posséder de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.
  • Possède de bonnes compétences en communication écrite/verbale.
  • Débrouillardise, sens de l’observation et expertise en réutilisation d’éléments existants pour en créer de nouveaux.
  • Soucieux du détail, avec la capacité de rechercher une solution créative et viable à toute situation donnée.
  • Doit être capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement d'équipe.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets dans un environnement en évolution rapide.

Our Internship Program: 

The North American Internship Program will run from May 5, 2025 through August 22, 2025 at our Product Innovation Center in Blainville, Quebec.  Interns will be in the office 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

The Program is designed to give undergraduate & graduate students an opportunity to gain valuable work experience, to learn more about the business and their field of studies to be able to excel in their careers! Interns will have optional 60 – minute lunch & learns to give exposure to business initiatives and departments as well as mentors for guidance.   

To be eligible, you must be:

  1. Enrolled as a student at the Canadian post-secondary institution.
  2. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Completing a work-integrated learning component as part of their curriculum.

 

Want to join our team as a Designer/Prototyper Intern?

The Designer/Prototype Intern will report to the Design Manager. The designer intern will contribute to the design and construction prototypes for the under protective category focused for high performance sports. This position requires an excellent ability to illustrate, communicate and physically represent an idea in the form of models and prototypes by making it tangible allowing the validation of proofs of concepts

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Actively participates in design activities and new product ideas, from ideation to the creation of models and prototypes.
  • Participates in preliminary design and development meetings.
  • Communicate regularly with members of the design team.
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines while ensuring quality execution.
  • Completes various projects/tasks as directed by the Design Manager.

What You Will Bring:

  • BS or BA in Design, or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in product design and development.
  • Knowledge of various materials (fabric, plastics, rubber, EVA, hardware, etc.)
  • Knowledge of sewing and assembling prototypes of technical and specialized protective equipment for the evaluation of ergonomics and design.
  • Autonomous on industrial type sewing equipment
  • Knowledge of sketching, drawing and pattern creation software such as Illustrator, Browzwear, Clo3D or equivalent an asset.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Has good written/verbal communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness, sense of observation and expertise in reusing existing elements to create new ones.
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to seek a creative and viable solution to any given situation.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
