Want to join our team as a Temporary Creative Project Manager?
Bauer is adding a Temporary Creative Project Manager to our in-house Creative team at our office in Exeter, New Hampshire. You will bring your high level of organization, communication skills, and passion to our dynamic team in this exciting role, in which you will work cross-functionally to drive our creative priorities and marketing services. The Temporary Creative Project Manager will report directly to the Creative Project Manager.
Duration of Position: AUGUST 1, 2025 – OCTOBER 31, 2025
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Creative Execution
- Manage translation and proofreading process with external vendors.
- Manage creative projects for Bauer.
- Create project plans and workback schedules to execute projects and align resources with strategic priorities.
- Report on project status and Creative resources using time tracking data.
- Timeline Management
- Receive, assign, track and deliver creative requests on time.
- Own project status, timeline management, and project execution.
- Increase awareness and visibility into project status with workback schedules for projects.
- Follow up with stakeholders as needed to keep projects on track.
- Contribute to weekly creative status meetings and monthly reporting.
- Process
- Strive for efficiency and effectiveness in process in the areas of workflow, creative reviews, and approvals.
- Ensure all necessary reviews and approvals have happened before work is released.
- Reinforce Creative process.
- Communication
- Report on project status to stakeholders.
- Proactively reach out and follow up as needed on projects to ensure timely project completion.
- Raise red flags, roadblocks, and risks to timelines – and offer options or solutions.
- Collaboration
- Partner with Project Manager and / or Creative Director to assign projects to Creative team and provide visibility to current workload and project status.
- Work cross-functionally with Creative department, Marketing & Brand Managers, finance, legal.
- Creative Systems
- Use Monday.com creative project management system to assess new creative briefs, create workback schedules, and report on status.
- Collaborate with Digital Asset Specialist on asset distribution and storage.
- Budget Management
- External vendor scope and invoice management.
- Teammate Profile
- Solution-oriented team player. Committed to building positive working relationships with cross-functional teammates.
Qualifications:
- BS or BA in Marketing, Business or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Creative Project Management in advertising agency and/or in-house creative department setting.
- PMP Certification a plus.
- Superb attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Proven track record managing creative projects, building timelines and following through on commitments.
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism, and is a proactive, collaborative, self-starting team player who looks for ways to improve processes.
- Appreciation for and understanding of creative development process across media. (Digital, Social, TV, Print, Grassroots)
- Experienced in advertising project management / production process.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with others in order to meet deadlines – and hold others at all levels accountable to commitments.
- Ability to adapt to changing business landscape.
