Job Summary
This exciting role is within our Learning & Development Department, where the Senior L&D Business Partner will be working collaboratively with our growing team to proactively meet learning needs across the organization.  
Working in partnership across BDA business units, the Senior L&D Business Partner will have an active role in developing, creating, implementing, and maintaining a robust learning culture at BDA.   This talented individual will contribute to the current and future growth of BDA associates and be an influential partner with stakeholders.   

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Promote and champion a learning culture at BDA
•    Work with the L&D team to assess, design, and deliver needed training and resources
•    Review existing curricula, learning activities, and outcomes to ensure alignment to current and future business needs.  If gaps exist or change is needed, propose learning solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to reach agreement and implement solutions. 
•    Contribute to and support current and future initiatives at BDA.  This may include, but is not limited to, attending stakeholder meetings, developing customized training solutions, facilitating training sessions and conducting follow-up sessions with learners to assess and ensure learning retention.
•    Work in partnership with operational units to identify learning needs across the business, and where appropriate, design and develop solutions to meet prioritized needs, ensuring that each department will have the required capabilities to support BDA in business objectives
•    Develop and grow stakeholder partnerships to build strong connections across the business to better understand and meet learning needs
•    Create and maintain learning curricula and associated courses and materials for identified operational areas and monitor completion status
•    Facilitate training for both small and large cohorts, and conduct appropriate follow-up to ensure identified learning outcomes
•    Partner with the L&D team to identify, certify, and coach trainers in various functional areas
•    Utilize Adobe Learning Management System and provide support for the L&D team in ensuring consistent data integrity and usage

•    Keep informed of internal and external developments within or impacting our business and respond accordingly
•    Demonstrate and align to the BDA Core Values
•    Source external vendors, as needed, contributing to negotiation and contracting
•    Oversee life cycle management of learning programs
•    Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to apply adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
•    Build relationships and effectively partner with other groups that may need to produce learning solutions to address performance gaps

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor’s degree in related field
•    Minimum 12 years of experience in a full-time Learning and Development role in a generalist capacity interacting with key stakeholders
•    LMS, Digital Learning Design, or Facilitation certification required or in progress
•    Experience in design and facilitation of L&D initiatives on multiple platforms including, but not limited to, digital technology, classroom, and virtual modalities
•    LMS experience
•    Salesforce experience
•    Articulate, Captivate, or other L&D authoring platform experience
•    Demonstrated leadership skills, through direct management or project leadership
•    Excellent knowledge of the training lifecycle.
•    Demonstrable project management experience of monitoring, evaluating, and continuously improving learning programs
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Critical thinking and analytical skills
•    Ability to lead and coach others through change
•    Ability to lead through influence and expertise
•    Ability to work with HRBPs to identify individual and departmental skill gaps and provide solutions
•    Curiosity, possessing the ability to investigate and comprehend complexities and distill into a simpler view
•    Ability to see the “big picture” in scope and perspective while being detail oriented in execution and providing direction
