About the Role:

Are you passionate about building scalable integrations and leading technical teams in a global environment? We are looking for a Tech Manager to lead partner implementations for BEES LATAM, acting as the bridge between external partners’ ERP systems and the BEES marketplace ecosystem.

In this role, you will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, working closely with partners, engineers, and business stakeholders across multiple countries. Each implementation is unique, giving you exposure to different cultures, systems, and business models within BEES’ global platform.

You will be part of a collaborative, high-impact team responsible for enabling partners to sell through BEES by designing, implementing, and scaling complex system integrations.

What you'll do:

  • Lead partner integrations between external ERPs and the BEES marketplace platform across LATAM.
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain system integrations using APIs.
  • Translate business and partner requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Use tools such as Postman (or similar) to test, validate, and troubleshoot APIs.
  • Support integrations related to e-commerce platforms, vendors, and external services.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure reliable data exchange and system stability.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for partners, discussing architecture, catalog, promotions, and integration models.
  • Lead and develop a team.
  • Provide technical guidance, prioritize work, and manage delivery using tools such as Jira.
  • Drive team development through feedback, career management, and performance follow-ups.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring performance, quality, and scalability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, standards, and technical solutions.

What you'll need:

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development.
  • Proven experience with system integrations in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with APIs, including testing tools such as Postman or similar.
  • Background integrating partner ERPs into digital platforms.
  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or similar leadership role, managing people or projects.
  • Intermediate English (mandatory).
  • Intermediate Spanish (mandatory – direct interaction with LATAM partners).
  • Solid understanding of databases, RESTful services, and JSON payloads.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, especially when interacting with partners and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, organized, and mature profile, able to position technically and professionally with external partners.
