Brief about the role / Summary of the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated a technical lead who can lead the technical design and development for CI product development team. One who can Design and develop complex architecture from scratch. Incumbent need to be hands on Core Java / J2ee, CI/CD, DevOps.

Job location: Bengaluru – Hybrid model (Near Dairy circle)

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+years of software development experience using Core Java in building enterprise customer facing products and services.
• Hands-on in Data Structures & Algos.
• Should have strong knowledge of Design Patterns, LLD.
• Extensive experience in java/j2ee , spring boot, REST API development.
• Experience is CI/CD, DevOps (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins), maven, Gradle.
• Experience on Microservices architecture, Docker Container and Kubernetes, Messaging, Caching.
• Experience in database technologies including RDBMS (MySQL/Postgres) and NoSQL databases
• Experience with TDD, code testability standards and frameworks such as Junit, Mockito.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Should be able to solve technical challenges and mentor team members.
• Experience in applicable of AI/ML and analytics.
• Experience in scripting language- bash, shell script
• Experience in Golang
• Experience with Linux, OS X or Unix environment

• Hands-on in design and architect the system with LLD.
• Hands on coding
• Lead the development and implementation, perform code reviews.
• Enhance efficiency of design, development, test, release and support processes by developing tools and frameworks as required.
• Drive the technology innovation in the team using AI/ML tools.
• Should come with an innovative mindset and able to solve technical challenges
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of engineers.
