The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our Portfolio Companies, to help them achieve their strategic aims through managing their people, and designing key initiatives that enable their people to do their best work. You’ll work closely with Portfolio leadership to put their strategic aims into practice through their people.
Key responsibilities
- Understand each Portfolio Company, support leaders, managers, and the wider HR Team to be part of a seamless People Experience Ecosystem.
- Working with our Portfolio Companies to ensure that they are developing and retaining their people.
- Align individual Portfolio Company strategy and objectives to wider people strategy, goals, and objectives with an aim to drive business results
- Provide guidance on people development, workforce strategies, organisational design and reward and recognition in partnership to meet business imperatives
- Advising managers and leaders on continuous performance management, provide guidance with performance improvement plans and play a key role in managing employee grievances.
- Working on improving employee engagement, through feedback, events, and other initiatives.
- Organizing skip level meets, staff 1:1s, exit interviews. Analyze findings, making data-driven suggestions.
- Ensuring that policies are updated, compliant and reflective of wider external environment to implement strategies that help drive business and people decisions.
- Collecting data, identify trends and suggest solutions on talent management and drive related interventions.
- Maintaining HRBP dashboards, reports, drive quarterly all hands and other planned HR activities
- Owning key HR and people facing projects from end to end
About you
The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in HR systems management and implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Strong understanding of labour laws in India.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and other HR technologies, preferably HiBob and Keka.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience of negotiating supplier contracts.
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels including C-suite.
- Be able to operate at a range of levels – both in terms of big picture strategic thinking, thought leadership and make data-led recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Post-graduation or master’s degree in human resources or Organization Psychology
- Record of building strong business partnerships within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of translating business priorities and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet business needs.
- You are a self-starter with a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing their impact objectively
- You have a history of cross-functional collaboration and can get along with a diverse set of people
- You are an engaging teammate, are assertive and can bring in your unique perspective to the table
- You work with agility and have bias to action
- Can communicate your thoughts and ideas with ease
