We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts at Blockchain’s London office.
As Director of Marketing, you will own and execute Blockchain’s brand and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our overarching marketing and communications vision. - Develop and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and monetization—fostering a culture of experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders from our retail, institutional, and B2B verticals to inform product development, identify product-market fit, and successfully launch new products, features, and token listings.
- Lead brand strategy and communications, working closely with the comms team and external consultants to ensure a consistent, trust-building brand narrative across all channels.
- Own and drive marketing performance, setting clear KPIs, measuring ROI, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize scalable, sustainable growth and impact.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, spanning CRM, social media, content, product marketing, and other key disciplines.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 7-10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fintech, start up, or web3 company,
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Deep understanding of the crypto market.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (appsflyer, amplitude, iterable).
- A background in product marketing or working closely with product managers (preferred).
- Experience managing a globally distributed team (preferred).
- Experience with regulatory and compliance challenges (preferred).
