Job Summary

We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for managing relationships with our employer partners and ensuring their employees are getting the most value from BMG Money’s financial wellness programs. You’ll play a key role in driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention by acting as a strategic advisor, liaison, and advocate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employer clients post-implementation.
  • Build trusted relationships with HR teams and benefit managers to support program engagement and success.
  • Monitor client health and proactively identify opportunities to drive program usage and impact.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to resolve issues and support client initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance insights, including ROI and utilization trends.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell opportunities or potential risks and work cross-functionally to act on them.
  • Support onboarding of new employer groups by ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to account management.
  • Advocate for client needs internally and contribute to product/experience improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B customer success, client management, account management, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with B2B or B2B2C financial products, HR tech, or employee benefits is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships, driving engagement, and achieving retention goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey value and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
