In This Role
You will support a high-impact legal and sourcing organization by managing contract workflows, ensuring documentation accuracy, coordinating across stakeholder groups, and maintaining compliance with established business processes. You will act as a liaison between internal legal teams and sourcing/procurement stakeholders, helping drive contract approvals, mitigate risk, and support smooth day-to-day operational execution. This role is ideal for professionals who are meticulous, process-driven, and experienced in contract management or compliance environments.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of coordination for contract intake, review, and progression through a contract management system.

Support attorneys, sourcing managers, and internal stakeholders by facilitating contract formatting, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving workflow bottlenecks.

Review contracts for compliance, risk indicators, and alignment with established templates or legal standards.

Provide operational support for business processes, including handling contract escalations, tracking approvals, and ensuring timely execution.

Maintain and improve documentation around processes, workflows, and best practices.

Act on behalf of legal representatives to communicate with cross-functional teams during contract review and negotiation stages.

Ensure all contract activities comply with legal requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.

Work independently to manage priorities, respond to operational requests, and meet established deadlines.

Support ad hoc operational tasks, reporting, and project initiatives as directed by leadership.
Required Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement support, compliance, or a related business function.

Strong contract formatting skills, with proven experience reviewing or preparing legal or sourcing documents.

Background in compliance, audit, or risk analysis, with the ability to identify gaps or exceptions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally across legal and business teams.

High attention to detail and accuracy with documentation.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).

Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, such as ICertis, Ariba, Coupa, Salesforce CLM, or similar platforms.

Prior involvement in enterprise legal, sourcing, or procurement workflows.

Knowledge of contract risk review methodologies and compliance frameworks.

Experience supporting legal counsel or working in a regulated or audit-focused environment.

Familiarity with enterprise operations, strategic planning, resource allocation, or financial governance.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 - $90,000 annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
