In This Role
You will support a cloud supply chain organization by ensuring accurate data, maintaining efficient processes, and enabling smooth order fulfillment operations. This role blends supply chain planning, data analysis, and Power BI reporting to drive visibility and alignment across teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, help refine operational workflows, and deliver insights that support decision-making. Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI tools) tailored to K–12 needs.
- Deliver product demos, workshops, and proofs of concept that clearly show value and align to school district priorities.
- Partner with account teams to develop strategy, support sales cycles, and influence decision makers with strong technical and business insights.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable solution architectures, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
- Guide customers through implementation readiness, including data needs, integration points, security considerations, and change impact.
- Advise on adoption and ROI, helping districts understand how Business Applications support operational efficiency, student outcomes, and modernization initiatives.
- Stay current on platform updates and AI capabilities, positioning new features in a way that resonates with K–12 environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams, sharing customer feedback to shape roadmap and improve solution fit.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or similar business systems roles.
- 5+ years of experience with order fulfillment processes or supply chain execution.
- 5+ years of advanced Excel experience for analysis, reporting, and data validation.
- 5+ years of project management experience, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience performing data analysis, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and quickly learn evolving processes or systems.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational or system issues and support complex business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of Power BI experience, including dashboard editing, report updates, and data modeling basics.
- Experience with cloud supply chain operations or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Junior- to mid-level understanding of how operational data is structured, interpreted, and reported.
- Familiarity with master data management or supply chain data governance.
- Ability to simplify complex data concepts and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $85,000 - $95,000 annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
