Role: Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid
A Little Bit About the Role:
The Operations Manager provides essential operational and administrative support across UK studios and EMEA markets, with a focus on financial administration, data integrity, and operational processes. This role requires strong financial acumen, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently whilst knowing when to escalate decisions appropriately.
What You'll be Doing:
Financial Administration:
- Maintain OMG data integrity and accuracy across projects
- Administer SWOP processes and documentation
- Track and process purchase orders and invoices
- Monitor and manage expenses and cost tracking
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting
- Assist with financial reconciliation and queries
- Ensure compliance with financial processes
Operational Support:
- Provide operational support to UK Studio Operations Manager
- Support EMEA operational functions and initiatives
- Assist with global operational administrative tasks
- Support Operations Managers with reporting and data management
- Coordinate meetings and maintain documentation
- Contribute to process documentation when required
- Assist with operational queries and problem resolution
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate operational data across systems
- Generate reports and dashboards as required
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Support forecasting and planning activities
- Track operational metrics and KPIs
- Identify and flag data discrepancies
Agency Delivery Understanding:
- Understand timing plans, dependencies, and project impacts
- Support delivery teams with operational requirements
- Interface with project teams on operational matters
- Track project milestones and deliverables from an operational perspective
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and departments
- Support stakeholder requests with professionalism
- Coordinate across UK and EMEA markets as needed
- Build positive working relationships
What You'll Need:
- 2-5 years operational or administrative experience in a creative/production agency environment
- Strong understanding of financials, commercials, margins, and cost control
- Thorough understanding of agency delivery processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong data entry and reporting capabilities
- Ability to read and understand timing plans and dependencies
- Capability to use AI tools for role-specific tasks (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Strong judgment on when to escalate decisions
- Problem-solving mindset
