What You'll Do
The Manager/Sr. Manager, Sales Operations is a key member of the Commercial Analytics and Operations team and a partner to Commercial leadership in support of the Commercial organization. While the initial focus will be the Attruby launch, subsequent responsibilities will include sales operations and commercial analytics needs across the BridgeBio portfolio. This individual will report to the Director of Field Analytics and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage preparation for possible future product launches, including sales force sizing, alignment, targeting, reporting, and CRM support
- Perform Sales Operations duties including Incentive Compensation, Veeva module administration, data stewardship, fleet reimbursement, and other field programs
- Oversee the evolution of automated performance reporting dashboards for future product launches
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize and manage field team alignments, field targeting, and sales allocations
- Monitor subnational performance and BBIO commercial effort to proactively inform the Sales organization of performance, emerging trends, and strategic initiatives
- Support the Field Analytics and Operations team with interpretation and reporting of KPIs, metrics, dashboards, monthly performance reporting, as well as ad hoc reporting requests
- Develop and maintain analytic tools (ex., PowerBI) for the Sales team and Commercial Analytics organization to help efficiently address ad hoc market questions
- Measure the impact (ROI) of key Sales tactics, and lead efforts to optimize the impact of key initiatives
Where You'll Work
This position will be expected to be on-site weekly in our San Francisco and Palo Alto home offices.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of sales operations and commercial analysis experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Understands key pharmaceutical data sources and data structures
- Experience in designing/managing/implementing business intelligence reporting platforms, including PowerBI
- Positive interactions with biopharma sales teams and appropriate communication and training skills
- Demonstrated analytic abilities/experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, and evolving small company environment
- Experience in drug launch and/or rare disease is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with many cross-functional partners

Salary
$130,000 - $200,000 USD
