What You'll Do

We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Market Access team, focused on operations and analytics that drive payer strategy and patient access. This role will work across in-line and pipeline products, own key dashboards, partner with IT and data vendors, and deliver insights that inform leadership decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytics with business acumen and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Dashboard Ownership & Enhancements

  • Manage and maintain payer, FRM, and PAL dashboards
  • Partner with IT to refine, automate, and improve reporting tools for accuracy and usability

Data Aggregation & Integration

  • Serve as primary point of contact with external data aggregator(s)
  • Oversee implementation of new data feeds and refinements to support expanded analytics

Claims Data Analytics

  • Conduct ad hoc and recurring claims data analyses to assess payer dynamics, access barriers, and patient trends
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for internal stakeholders

Market Access Insights & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly insights reports to Market Access leadership
  • Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities in payer performance and patient access
  • Monitor payer performance metrics, including coverage, time-to-fill, and denial/approval rates, to identify shifts and emerging risks
  • Analyze payer restrictions (e.g., step edits, prior authorizations, NDC blocks) and assess their impact on access and utilization
  • Analyze patient support and hub services data to evaluate program utilization and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with pricing and contracting team by providing data-driven insights

Field & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide insights and tailored analyses for field market access teams, helping them prepare for account planning and execution
  • Support development of quarterly business plans and strategy by providing data-driven insights and trend analyses

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with IT, Commercial, and Market Access colleagues to align on reporting priorities and analytics strategy
  • Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects and business needs

Process Improvement & Data Governance

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, automation, and standardization
  • Partner with IT and compliance to ensure high-quality data, governance, and security practices

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration 3x per week in office. 2 days in San Francisco office and 1 day in Palo Alto office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Public Health, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience in analytics, operations, or market access in biopharma, healthcare, or related industry
  • Hands-on experience with claims data, payer analytics, and market access reporting
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and strong Excel/SQL skills
  • Experience working with IT teams and external data vendors
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Consulting experience a plus

Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.

$126,200 - $164,600 USD
