What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to work on digital strategy and performance analytics within the commercial organization. This role will aid in the development and implementation of integrated digital marketing programs, work to optimize media spend for impact, and be responsible for delivering insights and reporting that influence strategy and ROI. This role will report to the Director, Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Work with the director of digital marketing to define and lead the enterprise-wide digital marketing strategy in alignment with the brand, commercial, and business goals
- Guide the evolution of marketing performance reporting infrastructure
- Define and track owned channel KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, Search Console, and others
- Regularly test and optimize content and UX based on performance data and behavioral insights
- Provide actionable insights through dashboards, campaign reports, and business reviews
- Work with analytics to identify measurement goals and align KPIs
- Track performance metrics & summarize key insights back to brand teams
- Collaborate across the digital marketing team and the media agency to optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis
- Establish best practices, workflows, and governance models to ensure scale and efficiency
Where You'll Work
This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration 2x per week in our San Francisco Office and 1x per week in our Palo Alto office.
Who You Are
- 8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, and marketing analytics; healthcare or biopharma industry experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, data strategy, customer journey mapping, and MarTech
- Proven track record of translating insights into successful strategic initiatives
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, Salesforce, Marketo, or other CRM/CMS platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Salary
$205,000 - $240,000 USD
