Location: Remote with potential DoD site visits | Clearance: Active Secret or higher
Join a dynamic team driving innovation in DoD cybersecurity. We’re seeking experienced DevSecOps Engineers to lead the design, development, and deployment of automated STIG compliance scanning tools and infrastructure across multiple operating systems and environments (Linux, UNIX, Windows, macOS). This role supports the High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP), delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions for both classified and unclassified networks.
Your responsibilities will include developing a client-side compliance scanner, building a centralized and distributable web/database interface, supporting CI/CD development and release cycles, and ensuring ongoing software assurance and compatibility with DoD security mandates. You’ll collaborate with the Requirements Review Board (RRB) and various HPCMP stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in secure software development (Linux, Windows, macOS environments)
- Possess experience/knowledge in one or more of the following
- Perl, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenSSL, API Development, web and or database development

Deep familiarity with DISA STIGs, RMF, POA&M generation, and compliance scanning

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Open-source software management and secure authentication integration (CAC/SIPRNET Token)
Preferred Qualifications:
- STIG automation, and data ingestion/reporting systems creation
- Web/database development for centralized and distributed environments - full stack
