Recruitment Manager, Europe - Early Careers

Opportunity

Joining as a member of our Europe Recruitment team and collaborating with our local People team, you will play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire the best talent for London and across our European network.

You will deliver search and selection activity from administrative to senior and specialist hires and  oversee and deliver key early career programmes including the Spring and Autumn Executive Cohort recruitment cycles, Summer Internship Programme, the Taylor Bennett Foundation partnership, and the development of our apprentice programme.

Being a trusted adviser to our hiring managers, providing market insights, driving hiring, and interviewing  efficiency, you will promote talent attraction and recruitment activities that reflect Brunswick’s values and employer brand.

Day to day elements of the role could include:

Search and Selection

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment with responsibility for attraction strategy, candidate sourcing, interview assessment, and offer management.
  • Prioritise internal mobility by actively seeking suitable internal candidates.
  • Conduct direct external recruitment activity, managing the sourcing process from initial outreach  or advertising to offer stage.
  • Engage external agencies or head-hunters only when strategically agreed or where direct search has not delivered a suitable outcome in the agreed time frame.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop selection criteria, and create high-quality job descriptions.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the business.
  • Manage relationships with external search partners, ensuring value for money and a consistent candidate experience.

 Early Careers  and Apprentice Hiring

  • Lead recruitment for the Spring and Autumn Executive Cohort hiring cycles, including advertising, candidate sourcing, assessment centre design and delivery, and offer management.
  • Manage the Summer Internship Programme recruitment process, from planning and advertising to assessment and onboarding.
  • Oversee the Taylor Bennett Foundation partnership recruitment activity, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and diversity goals.
  • Help develop Brunswick’s apprentice programme in line with business needs, ensuring continuous improvement in process, data accuracy, and the timely issuing of offers.

Inclusive  Hiring and Employer Branding

  • Champion inclusive talent attraction practices, ensuring that content, materials, and selection criteria  attract diverse candidates and remove unnecessary barriers to entry.
  • Promote Brunswick’s employer brand through multiple recruitment marketing social media, networking, and candidate engagement activities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for London and European hiring managers, providing advice, market insights, and updates on recruitment progress.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to anticipate future hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the Recruitment Co-ordinator to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in recruitment administration and candidate experience.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on hiring metrics, progress, and challenges.

Process, Systems, and Compliance

  • Use Greenhouse to manage all recruitment activity, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with local right-to-work requirements, GDPR regulations, and Brunswick’s internal policies, supporting a seamless and professional candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of roles, from administrative up to mid -level senior and specialist positions in a fast-paced, client service led business.
  • Strong record in early careers and apprentice recruitment, including assessment centre delivery and design.
  • Demonstrated success using LinkedIn Recruiter, excellent sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage passive candidates in niche talent pools.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive recruitment practices and experience in diversity hiring initiatives .
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently with a range of stakeholders across multiple European locations.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and balance  multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel,  and familiarity with recruitment systems such as Greenhouse.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; confidence writing content for job adverts, internal audiences, and talent attraction campaigns for platforms such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn
