About the Role
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Community, the Influencer Marketing Manager will help elevate Bubble’s brand presence and influencer relationships through strategic, authentic, and inclusive storytelling.
This role is pivotal to shaping and executing Bubble’s influencer marketing strategy to amplify brand initiatives, drive genuine engagement, and expand reach across global markets.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-driven influencer marketing professional with a proven track record at a brand or agency. They have a deep understanding of the evolving influencer landscape, a strategic and creative mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Program Management & Relationship Building
- Execute day-to-day influencer marketing efforts, including outreach, gifting, campaign execution, briefing, content tracking, and ongoing communication.
- Cultivate, grow, and retain strong relationships with key influencers and creators, building a robust and engaged community.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and oversee a mix of organic and paid collaborations.
Strategy Development & Optimization
- Support the development and implementation of global influencer marketing strategies in partnership with the broader global marketing team.
- Leverage storytelling, platform trends, and creator insights to align influencer initiatives with brand objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on emerging social platform trends and influencer behavior shifts.
Reporting, Analytics & Tools Management
- Track and measure performance using analytics tools such as Tribe Dynamics and Dash Hudson.
- Provide regular reporting (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) on influencer content performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to advise on optimization strategies and future programming.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Trend Research
- Work closely with internal teams (Social, PR, Brand Marketing, Creative) to ensure influencer marketing efforts align with larger brand campaigns.
- Monitor industry shifts and share social, content, and creator trends to help guide brand and influencer strategy.

- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster relationships and rally teams. - Proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and is resourceful under pressure.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative spirit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in influencer relations, social media marketing, community management, and/or PR.
- Deep knowledge and passion for beauty and the influencer space.
- Proficient with G-Suite and experienced with influencer and social media management tools (e.g., Tribe Dynamics, Dash Hudson).
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (ShopStyle, ShopMY, TikTok Shop) is a plus.
- Skilled in negotiating and managing influencer talent and agency relationships.
- Based in NYC with the ability to work from the office 4 days per week and travel as needed.
