Notifications Manager, Marketing Cloud

The Notifications Manager will lead the Marketing notification strategy for all brands. Using data from Salesforce Data Cloud and collaborating closely with our Salesforce team, the Notifications Manager will work to create, and update segments, as well as calculated insights, on a regular basis to support our email marketing and customer notification strategies.
This individual will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing targeted messaging and engagement programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud that engage foodservice/hospitality operators, drive awareness of savings opportunities, and enhance customer experience. This role will also collaborate to support our Product Team and their ongoing efforts to enhance and streamline our in-app notifications within our many customer portals.

This position is hybrid based out of our Waltham, MA office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

Your impact:

  • Consult with internal stakeholders to gather information on the job, if needed.
  • Buyers Edge Platform is seeking a dynamic and analytical Notifications Manager to lead our Marketing notification strategy – primarily through the usage of Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Using data from Salesforce Data Cloud and collaborating closely with our Salesforce team, the Notifications Manager will work to create, and update segments, as well as calculated insights, on a regular basis to support our email marketing and customer notification strategies.
  • This individual will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing targeted messaging and engagement programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud that engage foodservice/hospitality operators, drive awareness of savings opportunities, and enhance customer experience.
  • This role will also collaborate to support our Product Team and their ongoing efforts to enhance and streamline our in-app notifications within our many customer portals.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or a similar role, with a proven track record in notification management or targeted messaging.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Segment or another similar Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Proficiency in messaging strategy development, cohort segmentation, and campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
